Conference Registration
The Conference Registration Form is attached in the Form of a PDF document. If you would like to register, please download the Conference Registration Form (PDF), print the form and either fax it to us at (412) 799-0271 or call us at 888-799-0270 with the information to register by phone. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the Conference Registration Form . If you do not have Acrobat Reader, download it here.
- The Conference consists of two days of Technical Sessions and Workshops, on Wednesday and Thursday, February 25 and 26, 2004.
- You can register for either one-day, or the entire Conference.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
- The registration fee for the two-day conference is $595 if you register by January 9, 2004; and $695 if you register after January 9, 2004.
- The registration fee for one-day conference attendance is $395 if you register by January 9, 2004; and $495 if you register after January 9, 2004.
- There is an addition fee of $50 for each day for luncheons.
The Conference registration fee includes admission to Technical Sessions and Exhibits, an electronic copy of the Proceedings, and a Certificate of Attendance for 1.6 CEUs (0.8 CEUs for each day of attendance).
GROUP OR GOVERNMENT DISCOUNT
If three or more individuals from the same organization, or from the government, register at the same time, the fourth person receives complimentary attendance for the same event.
PROCEEDINGS
All one-day and two-day conferees will receive an electronic copy of the Conference Proceedings. If you would like a printed copy of the Proceedings, there is an additional $100 fee per copy. Proceedings and handouts must be picked up at the Conference site. We will not be responsible for shipping.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
There will be an extra $100 fee for on-site registrations.

CONFERENCE POLICY
NATIONAL HOMELAND SECURITY CONFERENCESM & EXPO, hereby referred to as the “Conference” is a nonprofit organization. The Conference admits attendees of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to its attendees and does not discriminate in administration of its education policies, admission policies, in any of the Conference administered programs. The Conference prohibits tape recording of any session, the use of our logo, copying information from either our website, or from presentations, without express written consent. The Conference reserves the right to rearrange workshop content/instructors and is not responsible for any typographical errors. Workshops may be cancelled, or instructors may be changed at the discretion of the Conference. The Conference cannot assume responsibility for penalties, loss arising from cancelled travel plans, tickets, any other type of arrangements, for loss of any articles during the Conference, the exhibits, or any associated program. We reserve the right to change presenters and Technical Papers until the Conference without any notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a $100 cancellation fee for the Conference or for any of the workshops if the cancellation notice is postmarked by January 9, 2004. Only substitutions or transfers are accepted after this date. If you cannot attend the Conference, you can send a substitute or transfer your registration fee to the next Conference. All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds if postmarked after January 9, 2004. All refunds will be processed by March 31, 2004.
