The Conference will feature 10’ wide x 8’ deep booths with 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side drape, 7’’X44’’ one line ID sign, one (1) 6’ draped table (3 sides), two (2) side chairs and one (1) wastebasket. Additionally, the exhibitors will be provided with a list of attendees.
The fee per booth is $1,800 if you register and fully pay before January 9, 2004; and $2,300 after January 9, 2004. If you need electricity, there is an additional charge of $200 for 5 amp of electricity. With this exhibitor registration fee, you are permitted to bring up to two booth personnel. Any additional booth personnel must register as conferees.
Furthermore, if you register and fully pay by January 9, 2004, one booth personnel shall receive a complimentary conference registration, and the second booth personnel may register as a conferee for an additional fee of $300. Booth personnel who register as conferees shall receive a certificate of attendance with 1.6.0 CEU/RU. Exhibit schedule is as follows:

EXHIBITOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
The HOMELAND SECURITY CONFERENCE, including the Exhibition portion, hereafter referred to as the “Conference”, is currently scheduled to take place on February 25, 2004, at the Hilton Hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort, Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Exhibitor agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- The Exhibitor hereby agrees to lease exhibit space during the Exhibition according to guidelines in the Exhibitor Services Kit, the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, as well as the following terms and conditions.
- The “Conference” reserves the right to make changes to the Exhibition, including dates, times and location thereof. The “Conference” will make reasonable efforts to inform Exhibitor of any such changes on a timely basis.
- Exhibitor booths shall be assigned on a first-come, first served basis.
- Exhibitor may not assign, share or sublet any portion of the allocated booth space without prior written permis-sion from the “Conference”.
- Exhibitor shall not maintain any exhibit that -- because of noise, method of operation, or any other rea-son - is in the “Conference's” reasonable judgment, objectionable or detracts from the Exhibition as a whole. Exhibitor shall not display nor offer for sale at the Exhibition any products, services or promotional materials which (1) infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of the “Conference” or third par-ties; or (2) disparage or depict the “Conference” in an objection-able manner. The “Conference” reserves the right to remove any such exhibits and the “Conference” shall not be liable for any refund or other expenses incurred by Exhibitor in such occurrence.
- Exhibitor is required to observe all union contracts in effect between the “Conference”, Contractors, the Hilton Hotel and various labor organizations during the exhibits.
- The “Conference” or its representa-tives shall not be liable for damage or loss of Exhibitor's prop-erties through theft, fire, and accident, natural or other causes, regardless of its cause. Exhibitor shall indemnify the “Conference” and/or its representatives against any claim resulting from the negligence of the Exhibitor. Exhibitor shall obtain adequate insurance coverage protection for exhibits and display materials.
- Exhibitor may not independently reserve space near-by the “Conference” for the purpose of hold-ing a hospitality suite, seminar or any other promotional or educational activity without the prior written consent of the “Conference”. Requests must be directed to the “Conference” at 412-799-0270.
- Payment Terms: Upon execution of this Agreement, Exhibitor agrees to pay the booth fees specified on the Exhibitor Registration Form. The “Conference” reserves the right to cancel and/or re-assign booth locations if payments are not received by the specified dates.
- Cancellation Policy: Exhibitor may terminate this Agreement on or before January 9, 2004 by providing written notice to the “Conference”. Refunds, if any, of Booth Fees are subject to the follow-ing penalties: the “Conference” shall refund 50% of the Booth Fee if the “Conference” receives the Exhibitor's notice of termination on or prior to January 9, 2004; no refunds will be made for ter-minations received after January 9, 2004.
- Force Majeure. Neither party shall be held respon-sible for any delay or failure in performance of its obliga-tions hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authori-ty, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, or other simi-lar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the delayed or non-performing party or its subcontractors.
